Irrigation Water Sampling
- 2 liters collected in a clean dark glass bottle, labeled (date, farm name, location, protocol, etc.)
- Water taken from the irrigation canal endpoint at the farm entrance
- Samples conserved in an icebox (for microbiology testing) and delivered immediately to the lab
- Sampling protocol filled and submitted to the lab (copy kept at the company)
- Results archived for inspection & internal audit
Soil Sampling
- Two subsamples (approx. 2 kg each) collected from 4–5 cross-pattern points (X-shape) covering the test plot
- Depth: 2–20 cm active soil
- Packed in new polypropylene bags labeled (date, farm name, plot, protocol, etc.)
- First sample sent to the lab within 24 hours; second kept in company archive for one month after results
- Lab protocol completed and archived
- Results stored for internal audit
Crop Sampling
- Two subsamples (approx. 2 kg each) representing the full crop/plot (4–5 X-shape points)
- Stored in clean untreated paper bags (or polypropylene if unavailable) and labeled
- Samples cooled and delivered immediately to the lab
- One sample to lab, second preserved in cold storage for 15 days after results
- Sampling protocol completed and archived
- Results stored for internal audit
Product (Raw / Final Lot) Sampling
- Three subsamples (approx. 2 kg each) collected from the lot
- One sampling pack per every 5 export packages, representing different packaging depths
- Samples packed in new polypropylene bags labeled (date, farm name, lot, product name, protocol, etc.)
